This quick fix from Blizzard simply fixes Sigil of the Vengeful Heart to add the correct damage to Death Coil and Frost Strike.

- Death Knight
  - Sigil of the Vengeful Heart now increases Death Coil damage and Frost Strike damage by the correct amounts listed on the item’s tooltip.
