In this section we will be covering the ideal Glyphs, gems, and enchants to equip your Warlock with, along with the best consumables you can be using.

Glyphs

Major Glyphs

  • Glyph of Quick Decay: One of the most important glyphs you can utilize as an Affliction Warlock, it makes or breaks the class itself, since Affliction is just as heavily dependent on haste as an Arcane Mage
  • Glyph of Life Tap: Life Tap will now offer you 20% of your spirit as spell power so you should Life Tap at the start of the fight and during it to maintain the buff
  • Glyph of Haunt: Increases the bonus damage granted by Haunt by an additional 3%

Minor Glyphs

  • Glyph of Drain soul: For you to gain additional souls without killing the target
  • The rest of the glyphs will not impact your gameplay so you are free to pick whatever you wish

Gems

Low Gear Gems

High Gear Gems

Enchants

Armor Enchants

Weapons Enchants

Consumables

Potions

Flasks & Elixirs

Its worth noting for red gems other options are Reckless and Veiled Ametrines. Reckless gives you spell power and haste, whilst Veiled gives you spell power and hit. If you go after Valanar’s Other Signet Ring, you can skip Ice Walker on your boots in favor of Tuskarr’s Vitality. For your MH, I would do the +63 Spell power at BiS, and Black Magic for lower gear levels.
