WTF is this Pre-Raid bis. Darkmoon Card:Greatness on ele shaman?.Waist is garbage you should use waist bought for Emblems of Heroism and better legs drop from Draktharon keep, shield should be changed to Ward of the Violet Citadel for Emblems.

How is the shoulder Bis not Dark Runic Mantle? The Cloth one. 50 Haste 59 Sp Red socket gives it 78 sp 50 haste vs 57 crit 68 sp.
