Icecrown Citadel Raid Buff Arrives in Wrath Classic on December 5th

icecrown citadel buff wow classic

Blizzard has announced that the Wow Alliance Crest Strength of Wrynn/ Hellscream’s Warsong buffs will be available to raiders in Icecrown Citadel starting December 5th.

These buffs increase the total health, healing, and damage of everyone in the raid. As in the original Wrath of the Lich King, these buffs are being released gradually to help players progress through the raid. Using the buff is optional and it can be deactivated by speaking to your faction’s leader at Light’s Hammer.

With the buff increasing every two weeks up to a maximum of 30%, here’s the schedule we can expect going forward:

  • December 5 – 5%
  • December 19 – 10%
  • January 2 – 15%
  • January 16 – 20%
  • January 30 – 25%
  • February 13 – 30%

We plan to initialize the power increase in ICC on December 5.

It will start as a 5% buff, and it will increase by 5% every two weeks until it reaches the max of 30%.

As a reminder– the buff is optional. Any player can always choose to remove it from themselves.
