WotLK Classic PTR Raid Testing Dates Announced

Ulduar Raid Testing Opened Featured Image

A blue post by Aggrend today has provided us with dates regarding the next batch of Ulduar raid testing. Ulduar will be available again on the PTR starting at 12:00 PM PDT on Friday, January 6th, lasting until 10:00 AM PDT on Monday, January 9th.

This means that players will have the full weekend to do as much Ulduar raid testing as they would like and have time for before it closes again. As of yet, there is no mention of further raid tweaking and fixes, but Aggrend has recently confirmed a few of the upcoming fixes.

The specific fixes confirmed are Hunter Weapons having incorrect damage with the item level buffs, the stats on Legplates of the Endless Void, and several adjustments to the visual clarity of the Algalon fight. Aggrend also confirmed that Wild Growths’ current behavior is accurate to 3.3.5 and is not currently being adjusted on the PTR.

Greetings,

We’d like to again thank everyone for all of the bug reports and other data we got from the last round of testing in Ulduar. Other the past few weeks we’ve fixed many issues and made a few other adjustments to the raid, and as a result we are going to go ahead and enable Ulduar Raid testing on PTR again this coming weekend from 12:00 p.m. PDT on Friday January 6th to 10:00 a.m. PDT on Monday January 9th.

Thank you again for your feedback and bug reports so far! Hopefully we can see you back on PTR with us again this weekend
