How to Get the Balefire Bolt Rune
To get Balefire Bolt, you’ll need to use a special crafted scroll to close one of the many Fel rifts found throughout the world. Doing so will spawn a mob — kill it, and then loot the mob for the rune!
Scroll of Spatial Mending can be crafted by Enchanters or bought from the Auction House. The recipe, Formula: Scroll of Spatial Mending, comes from Otherworldly Treasure bags that are obtained by Warlocks using their Explorer Imp. It requires 120 Enchanting skill, 1 piece of Simple Wood, and 4 Strange Dust.
