Sulfuron Harbinger, the fourth and final Flamewaker Lieutenant, is the seventh boss encounter in Molten Core, and is accompanied by four Flamewaker Priests.
Season of Mastery
In Season of Mastery, Sulfuron and Flamewaker priests ALL share a health pool. Additionally, if Sulfuron buffs a Priest with Inspire, they all can buff each other with Inspire which significantly increases damage, attack speed, and cast speed.
Abilities
Sulfuron
Hand of Ragnaros (Knockback / Stun)
Sulfuron knocks back all melee in a10 yard radius and stuns them for 2 seconds.
Inspire
Sulfuron can buff a Flamewaker Priest within 45 yards, increasing attack speed by 150%, damage done by 50%, spell haste by 25% and size by 50%.
Flamewaker Priest
Dark Mending (Heal)
Heals an ally within 60 yards for 27750 to 32250. Interruptable.
 Inspire
If Sulfuron buffs a Priest with this ability, they can chain buff the ability on any other priest within 45 yards increasing attack speed by 150%, damage done by 50%, spell haste by 25%, and size by 50%.
Strategy
Interrupt
Stack up all four Priests at least 45 yards from Sulfuron (to prevent Inspire and AOE Stun) and have multiple interrupts assigned to each priest (Kick, Shield Bash, Pummel, Counterspell, Earth Shock). Due to the shared health pool, missed interrupts can be difficult to recover from. Stacking up all the priests will allow much more DPS due to being able to cleave all at the same time.
Mana drain
Stack up all four Priests at least 45 yards from Sulfuron (to prevent Inspire and AOE Stun) again and do not interrupt any heals. Have priests use mana burn, hunters use viper sting and warlocks use drain mana to remove the mana from each Priest. Once completed they will no longer heal and can be DPS’d down.
Sulfuron does not do much damage (although Inspire is buffed) and can be safely healed by one to two healers with a normal tank. Be aware of his stun reducing the tank mitigation.
