How to Get the Just a Flesh Wound Rune
This rune is obtained through reputation with your Waylaid Supplies faction.
To obtain the Just a Flesh Wound rune, you’ll need to hand in Waylaid Supplies to Supply Officers until you reach Friendly reputation with the Azeroth Commerce Authority faction. See our Waylaid Supplies Reputation Guide for more details about how this system works.
When you’ve reached Friendly, you’ll be able to purchase a Rune of Teasing from the Supply Officers for 2
