This guide will cover how to get the Pain Suppression rune for Priests in Season of Discovery. We’ll go over all of the locations and requirements in the walkthrough below as well as any useful tips and tricks.

How to Get the Pain Suppression Rune

To get the Pain Suppression rune, you will need to gather Echoes by clicking on a Grave in each of 4 different locations.

  • Arathi Highlands: behind the barn at Arathi Go’shek Farm on the east side of the zone (62.2, 54.5). You’ll loot an Arathi Echo here.

  • Dustwallow Marsh: in the Theramore Graveyard just across the bridge from Theramore Isle (63.7, 42.4). You’ll get a Theramore Echo here.

  • Swamp of Sorrows: by a tree at Splinterspear Junction near the entrance to the zone from Deadwind Pass (16.8, 53.6). You’ll loot a Swamp Echo here.

  • Scarlet Monastery: inside the Scarlet Monastery Graveyard dungeon in the back corner of the graveyard area, near the mausoleum on the south side of the map. You’ll get Graveyard Echo here.

When you have all four Echoes, head to the Scarlet Monastery Library dungeon. You will have to find the statues of the 4 characters portrayed in the initial riddles. The statues can be found in one of the hallways.

Once you locate the statues, activate the Echoes while standing next to their respective statue in a specific order. You will receive a specific buff while standing next to a statue which will indicate which character the statue represents. Be sure to use the right Echo at the right statue in the right order. If you activate them in the wrong order, you’ll have to reset the dungeon so you can try again.

Once you activate all the echoes next to their respective statues in the correct order, a light orb will spawn in the middle of the corridor. Click on the orb to loot an Apocryphal Epiphany, which you can right-click to learn the rune.
