How to Get the Gale Winds Rune
Feralas (Contested Zone)
To get the Gale Winds rune, head to the Grimtotem area in Feralas and look for Namida Grimtotem, a level elite around 66, 38. Kill her to loot a Rune of the Windstorm, which will teach you the rune.
