How to Get the Avenger’s Shield Rune

To get the Avenger’s Shield rune, head to Redridge Mountains and look for Dro’zem the Blasphemous, a level 23 elite, at the orc camp near 77, 70. Kill him to loot Rune of the Avenger. Right-click the item to learn the rune.
