50% XP Buff Now Live for NA Realms in Season of Discovery

Blizzard promised an experience buff to help lower level characters catch up in Phase 2, and the buff is now available on NA realms.

Discoverer’s Delight offers a 50% increase to all experience gained. This is a passive buff that is automatically applied to any character below level 25.

We expect to see the buff go live on EU realms after their weekly reset on Wednesday. Phase 2 of Season of Discovery launches on Thursday.

Soon be called “Season of Discovery Classic Retail”, the way things are going. I was under the impression that SoD was to maintain most of Classic mechanics. Why add this xp boost?
