This guide will cover how to get the Improved Volley rune for Hunters in Season of Discovery. We’ll go over all of the locations and requirements in the walkthrough below as well as any useful tips and tricks.
First, head to Silithus and kill worms, scorpions, and spiders throughout the region — these animal mobs have a chance to drop a Busted Gizmo.
Once you have the item, head to Edwi Copperbolt, located at Bronzebeard’s Encampment (it’s located east of Ahn’Qiraj, in the southeastern portion of the map).
Now you need to head to one of the following confirmed coordinates: (37, 61), (41, 66), (38, 59), or (33, 66), or this area in general:

Once here, look for an animation of rocks rumbling — you will get a buff when you are on top of it. This is when you need to use the Desert Sonar to summon a Sandworm. Killing the worm will get you the rune.
