World Buff Preview for Phase 3 of Season of Discovery

World Buff Preview for Phase 3 of Season of Discovery

Among the information we received in the Phase 3 Preview video that Blizzard released today was a confirmation that the world buffs from previous phases would continue to not be usable beyond a certain level:

In keeping with this pattern, there will be a new world buff for the Sunken Temple raid. There will also be some powerful new “Zanza-esque” consumables that can be purchased with materials found in the raid.

Not mentioned in the video is the Songflower Serenade buff that is obtainable in Felwood as early as level 48. This is the first of the original Vanilla World Buffs that is accessible in the game. It’s possible that Blizzard will block access to this buff until level 60, or they may have simply thought it was not worth mentioning.
