Among all the news for the upcoming Phase 3 of Season of Discovery, Blizzard has sprinkled in some news to keep players excited for later Phases and level 60. This includes the ability to swap your racial Weapon Skill bonuses. This will allow every race to pick and choose two different weapon skills to specialize in and gain +5 Weapon Skill in. This does not stack with your ordinary racial bonuses, but you will be able to swap at will once you have unlocked this ability. This means that a Human Warrior could specialize in Axes and Bows if they wanted to, or a Gnome Warrior could specialize in Swords & Maces.
Priest racials are also receiving similar changes, allowing you to unlock the racial abilities of other Priest races. These will likely be in the form of discoveries but we have not been given any more information.
