Healing power is our most important stat due to our massive array of heal over time (HoT) spells. The higher your + healing the more your HoTs tick for. Spirit, Intellect, and MP5 are important due to how expensive HoTs can get.

This allows you to stay in the fight for as long as possible. Spell haste is there so that you can cast your HoTs faster and for Rejuvenations which will make the GCD lower allowing you to cast more HoTs on the raid.
