10.2.6 Mystery Patch Launches for Dragonflight on March 19th

Although Blizzard has remained hush-hush about what’s actually in 10.2.6, they have now given us a release date for it: March 19th.

The announcement came with a single image with a pirate logo and a background image that definitely looks like Freehold, which seems to confirm that this limited-time event will revolve around pirates. We’ll have to wait until next week to find out what exactly that entails!

The announcement also mentioned that Dragonflight Season 4 will be coming “several weeks” after the release of this update. That gives you some time to finish your Ahead of the Curve achievement before it goes away.

Mark your calendar for March 19 when the 10.2.6 content update goes live with a bold, new, limited-time event. You won’t want to miss out on the fun. It’s important to note that Dragonflight season 4 will go live several weeks after the release of the 10.2.6 content update. For heroes working toward the Amirdrassil Feats of Strength, you’ll need to obtain Ahead of the Curve: Fyrakk the Blazing before Season 4 begins, and the achievement is no longer available to earn.

We look forward to sharing more about the adventures ahead! Stay tuned to the official World of Warcraft site to learn more of what’s in store.
