Starting in The War Within, all characters on your Battle.net account will share a new warband bank, achievements, resources, The War Within reputations, and collections, including transmog.
Not only will the appearances you unlock be account-wide, but you will be able to unlock appearances on any character, even if that character can’t use the item.
