Dragonflight Developer Chat for Patch 10.1 Embers of Neltharion

Blizzard premiered their new WoWCast video series today with a developer chat about the upcoming patch, Embers of Neltharion. The pre-recorded video features Community Manager Bethany Stout chatting with Associate Game Director Morgan Day and Lead Game Designer of Worlds Maria Hamilton. They discussed the upcoming content and the design philosophy behind it. There were a few hints about what we can expect in the continuing story of Dragonflight and some new details about various 10.1 systems, such as the new gear upgrade system.

The patch notes for 10.1 are due to be released today, and Embers of Neltharion goes live on May 2nd.
