Forsaken & Night Elf Heritage Armor Coming in Dragonflight 10.1.7

forsaken & night elf heritage armor coming in dragonflight 10.1.7

Blizzard has slowly been making good on their promise from BFA to have heritage armor for each and every race available. These two are tough to embody as they’ve seen so many iterations throughout the history of Warcraft.

For the Forsaken it appears they’re going for a more Warcraft 3-esque aesthetic. The coffin on the back is quite the nice touch! You’ll also get a few more options for skin shades for your Forsaken friends. If you already have a character made you can access these from any barber in a city/town. But first you need to have “The Return to Lordaeron” questline completed, and then you can access the heritage armor questline in Orgrimmar at Calia Menethil.

The Night Elf look is a lot more whimsical and speaks to their closeness to nature and theming rather than harkening back to an exact model from a previous Warcraft game. There will be new tattoos and facial markings available as well. Again, visit a barber in a city/town to access this even for already-made characters. Start the quest for heritage armor at the Stormwind Embassy by clicking a scroll on the table.

Make sure to read on below to check out the snazzy new armors and customization options!

Honor your legacy with two new Heritage Armor sets—one for undead and one for night elves—with the release of the Fury Incarnate content update. Players will also have new skin colors for undead characters, and night elf characters will have new facial markings and body tattoos to choose from.

FORSAKEN HERITAGE ARMOR AND NEW SKIN CUSTOMIZATIONS

Players level 50 and above can begin their journey toward acquiring the new Forsaken Champion Heritage Armor by speaking to Lilian Voss in the Ruins of Lordaeron and beginning the quest “Unliving Summons.” On completion, you’ll receive the Forsaken Champion’s Attire (ensemble) which includes two chest pieces, cloak, waist, feet, wrist, head, hands, legs, shoulder, and a new tabard.

Both chest pieces are interchangeable between male and female characters, and players will also receive an updated Undercity tabard design.

Players who haven’t completed The Return to Lordaeron questline will need to complete this questline before they can access the new Heritage Armor questline. To begin this questline, speak with Calia Menethil in Orgrimmar.

With the release of the update, undead characters also have an additional five new skin colors to choose from. Make sure you visit the in-game Barber to select your new skin (we’re told they’re all quite supple.)

NIGHT ELF HERITAGE ARMOR AND NEW FACIAL MARKINGS AND TATTOOS

Players level 50 and above can undertake a new questline to acquire the Kaldorei Protector’s Adornment (ensemble). This set includes Feet, chest, waist, head, shoulder, hand, legs, and wrist pieces. Players will also receive a new title.

To begin the questline, navigate your way to the Stormwind Embassy and click on the scroll on the table to start “The Clarion’s Call.”

Stand out while blending in with nature with new facial markings and body tattoos. Visit your favorite in-game Barber to get that fresh new ink—we swear it’s painless.

Stay tuned to the official World of Warcraft site for more information on the Fury Incarnate update going live on September 5.
