Cataclysm Classic Hotfixes for May 2nd: Mage Ignite and Children's Week

A few fixes have just rolled out for some of the Known Issues that have been plaguing the Cataclysm Classic Pre-Patch.

Included are several fixes for Mages’ Ignite as well as a couple of Paladin issues, Worgens being able to pick up daily quests, and one quest for the Children’s Week holiday event.

Community Manager Kaivax also posted that the team is aware of some issues with the current Children’s Week holiday and they are working on fixing those along with the other Known Issues. To ensure that no one misses out on the event in the meantime, they are extending its duration by another week.

Cataclysm Classic

If a Paladin misplaces the Symbol of Faith during the quest “Materials of Significance”, they may now buy a replacement from the Lost and Found vendor in Booty Bay.
Fixed the Children’s Week quest “Cruisin’ the Chasm” so that it can now be completed.
Boosted Paladins should now have Collective Book of Healing or Secondhand Book of Healing as expected.
Fixed an issue that prevented Worgen from being eligible for some daily quests.
Mage
- Ignite damage will no longer be counted double toward Combustion.
- Refreshed Ignite that now has 3 ticks over 6 seconds will do the same amount of damage on each tick.
- Ignite spread by Impact and Fire Blast will no longer have a missing 2nd or 3rd tick that adds damage to future Ignites.
