PvE Windwalker Monk DPS Best Professions

Windwalker Monks in Mists of Pandaria benefit the most from professions that can increase their raw stats as much as possible! Professions such as Engineering that offer huge on-demand Agility boosts or Herbalism, which offers a large amount of Haste, are usually preferred because Windwalker Monks have complete control over their burst thanks to Tigereye Brew.

Best Professions

• Engineering allows you to create gadgets and bombs and grants access to Synapse Springs, which grants a short 1920 Agility buff. The profession is also great due to the extra mobility it offers compared to other professions that grant stats.
• Herbalism – Grants Lifeblood, which results in a 2880 Haste bonus for 20 seconds. Like what Engineering offers, Lifeblood can be very strong for Windwalker Monk.
• Tailoring – Allows you to create valuable Cloth items and gives you access to Swordguard Embroidery, resulting in a 4000 Attack Power bonus for a short duration. Yet another amazing bonus for Windwalker Monks. However, it is harder to make use of it due to its random proc chance.
• Blacksmithing – Gives you access to two additional sockets, Socket Gloves + Socket Bracer. Allows for high stat customization for Windwalker Monks, offering stats such as + 320 Agility, + 640 Expertise, +640 Critical Strike Chance, or +640 Mastery.
