How to Get the Mind Sear Rune
This rune is obtained through reputation with your Waylaid Supplies faction.
To obtain the Mind Sear rune, you’ll need to hand in Waylaid Supplies to Supply Officers until you reach Friendly reputation with the Azeroth Commerce Authority faction. See our Waylaid Supplies Reputation Guide for more details about how this system works.
When you’ve reached Friendly, you’ll be able to purchase a Tenebrous Epiphany from the Supply Officers for 2
