This rune is obtained through reputation with your Waylaid Supplies faction.
To obtain the Beacon of Light rune, you’ll need to hand in Waylaid Supplies to Supply Officers until you reach Friendly reputation with the Azeroth Commerce Authority faction. See our Waylaid Supplies Reputation Guide for more details about how this system works.
When you’ve reached Friendly, you’ll be able to purchase a Rune of Beckoning Light from the Supply Officers for 2. Right-click this item to learn the rune.

Darnassus – Marcy Baker is in front of the Auction House in Tradesmen’s Terrace (60.0, 56.4)
Ironforge – Tamelyn Aldridge is in front of the Auction House in The Commons (24.6, 67.2)
Stormwind City – Elaine Compton is in front of the Auction House in The Trade District (54.5, 61.2)
