Blizzard Enables Character Creation on Thekal-EU

blizzard adds server restrictions to more eu servers

In an attempt to even out realm populations, Blizzard previously restricted server transfers and character creation on the Thekal-EU realm. As of today, they have lifted this restriction.

Fresh start players may now resume creating new characters on the Thekal realm.
